FEATURES: the graphite contained inside
the collar, when exposed to heat, quickly expands by choking the flammable tube
and completely sealing the opening. Clamps have a safe and simple locking
device. They are classified for fire sealing of all types of structures and
with many types of plant crossings, including plastic pipes, composite pipes,
metal pipes and cable bundles. Approved sizes of plastic pipes go from the
smallest available pipes up to 315 mm, each with a wide range of pipe wall
thicknesses. Fire ratings of up to 240 minutes for both integrity and
insulation exist and they are tested and certified for U/U pipe end
applications. They have a high sound insulation. They do not cause harmful
effects on PVC pipes such as BlazeMaster and do not produce any emission
ensuring respect for the environment.They are simple to install. Under proper
conditions they have a limited storage time and are guaranteed for 30 years .

USE: Clamp can be
installed outside a wall or slab, even on one side for some applications. The
clamps fit plastic pipes ( PVC-U, PVC-C,PE,LDPE,MDPE,HDPE,ABS,SAN-PVC) plastic
pipe bundles ( with or without cables) and cable bundles. The remaining space
between the pipe and the hole must be closed with intumescent acrylic sealant
art.891-04 or cement mortar in order to avoid the passage of smoke or gas
during the first minutes of the fire. In this way the degree of fire resistance
of rigid and flexible walls and slabs is restored when they are crossed by
installations.
