Material: DX51 - Z140 EN 10142
Electrolytic galvanizing UNI ISO 2081: 2018 thick. 6 to 9 [µm]
CHARACTERISTICS:The main feature of the frame is its simple assembly. Once mounted and fixed to the two side profiles and to the screed/ floor, all other components of the structure can be adjusted both in height and width independently, thus allowing the necessary adjustments to be made to the sanitary and water and drainage pipes according to individual needs. The structure is fixed to the two pillars of the plasterboard by means of two side plates adjustable in width between 500 and 600 mm, while the attachment to the screed/ floor is with two bases of support placed at the foot of the pillars. The uprights can be moved horizontally to obtain a minimum distance of 180 mm up to 340 mm. On the two pillars of the structure there are four arms (threaded bars M12) that are used for the support of the toilet and can slide in height independently from the support plate of the two pipes, so as to adapt to any type of WC vase on the market. By eliminating two support arms you can adapt the frame to modern toilet for the disabled. The fixing plate of the pipes can also be independently adjusted in height and width. In the upper part there is an isophonic collar 50 mm for the water supply pipe and in the lower part an isophonic collar for the exhaust pipe 90 mm (adaptable also to pipes having Ø110 mm).
USE: suitable for the installation of toilet suspended for disabled on plasterboard walls (but also mixed, light and wooden) with two or four support holes . Designed to ensure an ideal support of the plasterboard slab so as to eliminate any movement of the sanitary. Also ideal for walls without tiles.
